1. Purpose
Cerogluten is an informational directory of places, shops and products with gluten-free options, operated by Norvani Holdings LLC (see "Site owner" in the Legal notice). By using the website and app you accept these terms.
2. Informational content
Information about certifications, gluten-free options and cross-contamination is informational and may change. Always confirm with the establishment before consuming, especially if you're celiac or have allergies.
3. Community content
Reviews and suggestions are contributed by users and reflect their opinion, not Cerogluten's. Each contribution should describe a personal and relevant experience, be expressed respectfully and not include advertising, impersonation, personal data of others or illegal content. Reviews are checked before becoming public; we may reject them or remove already published ones that don't comply with these rules. The author can know the status of their contribution and any user with an account can report a review for the team to check.
4. Accounts and responsible use
You're responsible for your account activity and the truthfulness of data you provide. Automated use, scraping and any use that harms the service or third parties are not allowed.
5. Liability
We provide the service "as is", without guaranteeing continuous availability or complete accuracy of content. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from the use of published information.
6. Sources and external links
The directory may incorporate data from open sources with attribution, including OpenStreetMap under ODbL. Some listings contain photographs provided via Google Maps Platform: Cerogluten identifies their source and shows available attribution for each image. There may also be photographs contributed by the business or community, clearly differentiated by source. Links to Google Maps or other external services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
