Report illegal content

1. Purpose and scope
Cerogluten hosts reviews and other contributions from users about establishments. This channel allows you to notify us of content you consider illegal (for example, defamatory content, which infringes intellectual property rights, incites hatred or otherwise violates applicable regulations), in accordance with the notification and action mechanism of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services (DSA).
2. How to report content
Send your report to [email protected] indicating: the URL or exact location of the content; the reasons why you consider it illegal, with reference to the violated rule if applicable; your contact details so we can reply to you (except for reports of suspected child sexual abuse material, which can be submitted anonymously); and a statement of good faith about the accuracy of the information provided. If you have an account, you can also use the "Report" button on each review to send it directly to the moderation team.
3. What we do with your report
We acknowledge receipt and review each report diligently. If we remove or restrict access to content, we inform the author of the decision and its reasons, unless the law requires us not to, and give them the opportunity to respond when appropriate. You can appeal to the competent courts or, when applicable, to the digital services coordinator if you disagree with our decision.
