Delete your Cerogluten account

You can start this process from the app — Settings → Privacy and account — or from the web. You'll need to sign in to prevent someone else from deleting your account.

Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Open the "Privacy" tab and, if you want, download your JSON export first.
Type DELETE and confirm permanent deletion.

What gets deleted

Your login identity, profile, favorites, reviews, preferences, claims, device tokens and personal files. Pending suggestions are removed and their personal content is anonymized; moderated ones also lose their link to you. Public business listings remain in the directory without being linked to your account.

If invoices or payment records exist, they're kept only for the time required by tax regulations. An active subscription must be cancelled first so no further charges continue. Deletion requests to analytics, attribution or email providers may be completed asynchronously after your access is removed.

If you can't sign in, write from your account email to [email protected]. We'll verify your identity before processing the request.
